NICE is not authorised or supervised as a financial institution by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet), and transactions conducted on the platform are not covered by any investor compensation or deposit guarantee schemes.

The regulatory treatment of Impact Credits and related services may change over time, which could affect the availability, use, or value of Impact Credits and the operation of the NICE platform.
